The real money is enterprise: hospitals running cardiac-rehab programs, corporate health-and-safety teams, and municipal parks departments pay $5k to $25k+ a year for the API and multi-site access. Worker safety and heat liability are budget lines that are only growing.

🚀 The Scale Play: Start as a consumer app for runners and walkers, but the endgame is becoming the "heat-safety layer" that other apps license, fitness platforms, delivery apps routing gig workers, even regular maps.
