Call any salon or dental clinic at 7pm and see what happens. It rings out. The owner is elbow-deep in someone's hair or someone's molar, and your call just dies. Now multiply that by every lunch rush, every busy Saturday, every "we're closed" evening. Small shops miss 20 to 30 of every 100 calls. And a missed call is not really a missed call. It's a customer who just booked with the shop next door.

🤑 Money Shot: : Remember Sunstone? The edtech that plugged into colleges, then slammed into the same wall every edtech hit when the online boom cooled off. It didn't die. 📈 Trend with Benefits: OpenAI just made talking to a machine feel less like a walkie-talkie. On Wednesday it announced a new generation of voice models, called GPT-Live, that can listen and speak at the same time, which means engaging with the models feels "much more like having a real conversation." Two versions are rolling out to ChatGPT users around the globe. In the same breath, OpenAI said its GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna models go public on Thursday after weeks of limited access.
