The product FoldSip is an origami-inspired disposable cup made from compostable paperboard with a plant-based inner lining. The top has pre-scored flaps that fold three times into a built-in spout. No straw, no lid.

Barista pours, does the 3-fold at the counter, locks the flaps into a clean drinking aperture. Micro-gusset stops drips, reinforced rim handles hot liquids, heat retention matches lidded cups. The whole thing composts after use.

The magic moment: customer watches the barista fold the cup in front of them. It's a small bit of theatre that does the sustainability messaging without a single word.

Pricing & GTM Wholesale ₹20 per unit, manufacturing cost ~₹4, around 80% gross margin. Paperboard and compostable lining sourced via IndiaMART (NaturePlast, GreenBoard Solutions).
